Casino owner Gateway has failed to accept reasonable proposals made by workers that include better wages, benefits, dependable work hours and respect. In fact, they won’t even commit to salaries that stay ahead of minimum wage despite being a successful company in a highly profitable industry. These workers are the heart of the casino and they deserve a living wage that keeps money working in the Thompson Okanagan.
